Refunds

Although generally Linda Adiele does not offer refunds if you have simply changed your mind, please do inform her by email at sales@lindaadiele.com within 48 hours of receiving your artwork if for any reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase and she can work to resolve your concerns.

Refunds will only be applicable where Linda Adiele is deemed to be in breach of the description offered for each artwork. Refunds will be given strictly at the discretion of Linda Adiele. If a refund is approved, the artwork/s must be shipped and delivered to Linda Adiele within 16 business days of date of delivery. A full tracking number should be provided.

Note: the customer is liable for all shipping costs associated with the return of an artwork.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Please inspect your order when received and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, discounted items or gift cards.

If a refund is approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it might take a while for your bank or credit card company to process.
